Led by Chef Raheem Sealey, renowned for his culinary prowess at KYU, Zuma and Drinking Pig BBQ in Miami, and acclaimed Chef Monika Dominguez, celebrated for her culinary contributions to Zuma, KYU, Chug’s Diner, and Dale Street Food, J&C Oyster promises an unforgettable dining experience.

We recently visited J&C Oyster for Sunday brunch, and it was absolutely delightful! The experience started off on a high note with their spicy and refreshing Bloody Mary, perfectly paired with a generous cocktail shrimp. The potato pancake was a standout—crispy on the outside, silky smooth on the inside, and absolutely delicious. The highlight of our meal was the seafood platter, which exceeded our expectations. It featured Alaskan King crab and a flavorful crab salad, making it both luxurious and satisfying. Special shoutout to Daisy and Hanna, who were incredibly attentive and made excellent recommendations. Their friendly service added to the overall experience. Having enjoyed J&C Oyster’s dinner menu in the past, we had high expectations, and brunch didn’t disappoint. With delicious food, reasonable prices, and an upscale feel, this spot has solidified itself as a favorite. We’re already looking forward to exploring the rest of their menu! Highly recommend!

The staff provided excellent service friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious, with great flavor and quality in every bite. Portion sizes varied but were satisfying overall. Highly recommend

Excellent experience. Met a couple of friends for a 5:30 reservation. I had looked at the menu's a few times prior to going and knew what I wanted to try. They have a real good Happy Hour menu that I wanted to take advantage of. It doesn't say on their website that it is only at the bar (but that is the case). However, one of the people in our party is in a wheelchair. So the GM (Jared) let us pick some items off of that menu. We had the cucumber salad, a dozen oysters, and the fried chicken. The salad was different, unique, and delicious. Oysters: Nice size and fresh. Fried Chicken fabulous. We also ordered a couple items off of the regular menu. The Snapper Ceviche, Thai Crab Curry, & the Mussels. Each dish was wonderful. For desert who would think of cornbread? J&C did. It's cornbread, vanilla gelato, honey, banana coconut oleo. It's also not to be missed. Our friends got there shortly before us and said that they had just turned the music up right before we arrived. They should probably rethink that. To have such good food, service, & ambiance and then crank up the music is probably not the best idea. Even so, I am still looking forward to a return visit.

The food was good. So were the cocktails. The servers and bartender were solicitous and friendly. The interior design was superb in every room, even in the water closets. But the noise level was uncomfortably loud. We could not engage in conversation and had to ask each other and the server frequently to repeat whatever had just been said. The manager had tried to reduce the music in our section, but the overall sound levels were, from our perspective, unpleasant and intrusive. He pointed out that he had no control over the concert going on outside; this was true. But we pointed out that the source of the discomfort was their own sound system.

We’ve been meaning to try this local spot and decided to give it a try on my wife’s birthday. We are so glad we came here! The food was delicious. We had the cucumber salad, raw and broiled oysters, the bone marrow, steak tartare, and the oxtail. We can’t wait to go back to try other items on the menu.
