Izzy’s on the Peninsula is a second-generation, family-owned dining destination that has become a beloved neighborhood establishment since its flagship location opened in 1987.

Izzy’s dynamic menu celebrates traditional steakhouse fare, featuring fresh interpretations of the classics. You'll find a selection of steaks & chops, local seafood, regional wines, and inventive cocktails.

Fresh off of a year-long renovation, Izzy's showcases a new design inspired by our rich history; along with additional private dining spaces, a reimagined bar & lounge space, and a brand new garden for outdoor dining.

It was not crowded. Our waiter never came back to get our drinks or entree order.

I was really craving a steak, so i decided to make a reservation at izzy's. I've been there numerous times before and have always left dissatisfied. It's as if i'm in an abusive relationship, swearing up and down that it will be better next time, Remodel or not, it still doesn't hide the horrible service and mediocre food offered. Enough is enough. I will never return.

We had dinner reservations for 615 on a Saturday night. Very surprised that the bone in ribeye was not available because the restaurant had run out. Whoever is in charge of provisions. Needs to make sure that cut is available on a Saturday night. There are many stores and butcher shops along the Peninsula

We were there on a date night and made reservations for the main dining room. They ended up putting us in the lounge area. Every time someone opened the front door, the cold air would hit us. The food was delicious. I knocked down a star because when they boxes up our food, they did not include the sauces for our calamari or the Au Jus for my prime rib. I was so disappointed when I got home because I was saving it for later. Next time, I will box up my own food to ensure everything gets boxed up.

Steak was great. Service was awful. An hour and 15 minutes in we had a salad and one drink. Served disappeared for 15-20 mins at a time. And it wasn’t at all busy when we sat down

Awesome customer service. We were sad that they ran out of their famous prime rib thats why we made reservations there.

So, I hadn't been to Izzy's in a long while and decided to go back. We enjoyed everything...the ambiance, the food, the service! My only issue was guests that were a couple of tables away from me. These three middle aged men were so loud and obnoxious as they watched college football! And yes at least one of them was really drunk. It was above and beyond a loud restaurant setting. I kept looking over at their table because I was annoyed. Other dinners kept looking over at their table because they were annoyed. At no time did I see a manager go over and tell them to quiet down. This ruined the experience for me. I'll go back, but I won't rush back.
