Lack of staff. Waited to be seated for such a long time. Then they could not find my reservation. Order at the bar! Is this a pub or a restaurant. Food was mediocre for the price. Not happy. Always was a great place many years ago. Will not come back or recommend. Such a shame.

We were there meeting family who were on a bus tour. They had pre-ordered in their group and sat with us. we ordered off the menu. Their food came out quick and was terrible. They were told that the steak was wagyu. I am a KCBS BBQ judge and I can categorically say it was not wagyu. Both steaks were way over cooked and inedible. The bus tour had a choice of steak or seafood pasta. I have never seen 11 plates of food barely touched before. The seafood was overcooked and tough and the pasta was also overcooked. On a positive the meals we ordered at the time were nice. The barramundi was cooked perfectly and the chicken parmi was nice. My son's steak was well cooked and tender. I guess this shows they had pre-cooked the bus tour's meals and had them sitting under warmers? We won't rush back anytime soon. There are too many really nice places to eat in Perth.

Booked a table pre show. Ordered drinks and paid for them. When we went to order food told it would be over an hour wait. Really should have been told this as soon as we arrived and expected faster service when we’ve booked a table. Had to leave our drinks behind so we could find somewhere else to eat before our show.

The restaurant was understaffed. We arrived on time for a booking and got the vibe straight away that they were struggling. We were given menus only to be requested to give some back because there wasn’t enough, even though the restaurant was no where near full. When we approached the bar we were told there would be an hour wait for food. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch and could not afford to wait that long. It’s a shame we could not experience the venue at its best.

The food took an hour to arrive!! Despite that we arrived at 5 :15 pm .. not rush hour! The fish was dry but tasty They did offer complementary drinks to make up for the slow service

The food taste good. However, the waiting time was too long for us. Our table ordered 10 dishes and one of the member got their food after 45 mins when other have already eaten. Service could possibly imporve.
