Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Our goal is to build on the foundations of classical Italian cooking to create a dining experience that respects tradition without being overly constrained by it.

Kick off your holiday season at Itria with an exciting tasting menu featuring the delights of The Caviar Co. Four (4) courses highlighting tasty ocean pearls atop of some of Itria's most celebrated dishes both new and old. We'll be pouring a beverage pairing that includes our favorite wine and sake selections from around the world. Because of the unique nature of this event we will not be able accommodate the following allergies and dietary preferences: Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory, not just in San Francisco but anywhere. Every dish we sampled we outstanding: the salads, the crudo, the pasta dishes, and the bass. The restaurant itself was lovely, and our servers were very warm and attentive. I look forward to dining here again when the next special occasion rolls around.

Food was fantastic! Service, not so much. Servers were pushy and not very helpful when it came to explaining a pretty exotic menu. Service felt a bit unfriendly and rushed. Atmosphere was great.
