Reservations were made, upon arrival we were told everything was on time and will be seated soon, after waiting and periodically checking for an hour my wife went up for the third time to check where we were and finally were seated after she had to talk to a manager. It took an extended period of time to get our drinks and after another extended period we finally were able to order but the waitress was unprepared and had no idea what the specials were. Our meals arrived except for my daughter's which was for whatever reason not placed which the waitress blamed on the kitchen. Finally, the meal came out and the waitress offered to give one free drink to compensate for the error. Which she failed to bring out but chose to take it off the bill since she did not follow up otherwise. I went there for my 65th birthday and it had been a while since we had been at the restaurant and usually always had a good experience, this was awful and quite honestly do not ever plan to return.

Salvatore's does alot to make your experience great. This visit, although the server was very good, the service was slow. Probably too many Xmas parties slowing the regular diners meals. The room was cold & noisy and the cheesecake was disappointing.

Best wait staff I’ve had in a long, long time, time. Request the waiter Giovani for the best service ever! Also, food was excelent.

our waiter was excellent, and the food was great. There were a lot of people so service wasn't as fast but expected with that many people there on a Saturday evening. the bloody marys were supurb too

We hadn't been here in many years. We were pleased with our experience, our waiter Jeff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. We will return based on our positive experience!
