Mangia in Islamorada! Co-owners Tony and Isis Wright have transformed the beloved and iconic building, previously home to Bentleys, into a slice of Italy in the Florida Keys. This approachable and genuine trattoria serves 5 star authentic Italian dishes in a warm and memorable atmosphere.     This is so wonderful! We go at least twice every year we are here. The waiter even remembers us! The staff are adorable and kind and very good. The food is top notch and always timely.

    We recently dined here and while the food was excellent, the service left much to be desired. Our server was not friendly and made us feel like an inconvenience whenever we asked for basic items like silverware or plates for our appetizers. While I understand the restaurant was busy, his abrupt demeanor was quite off-putting and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal. On a positive note, the young woman with the Italian accent who assisted us a couple times was absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. It’s a shame that her approach wasn’t consistent across the team. Great food, but the service experience needs improvement.

    We have never had a bad meal at the Italian Food Company . From chicken, parmigiana, veal, piccata, lobster, raviolis, and their pizzas all are delicious and fresh! We had one of our favorite waiters Ago! He knows the menu very well, he is very attentive and he's a lot of fun!

    Our “go to” place to visit when we are in Islamorada. Great service and excellent dinners. Last night was again outstanding.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants, both because the food is wonderful but the warmth of the staff is even more appreciated. You feel like you’ve been invited to an Italian family home for dinner. As such, it can get boisterous as there’s not a lot of sound absorption so it can be trying when attempting a conversation at a larger table. Aside from that, the cocktails are delightful and the food is just delicious. Pro tip: if there’s a special offering from the chef on the night you dine, order it. I’ve never regretted it.

    The food and service were fantastic! I felt like I was at a little cafe in Italy! The staff all seem to be from Italy and they are all so friendly and attentive! The chicken parm was one of the best I ever tasted and the pizza was superb! Only wish I lived closer so I could eat here regularly

    We were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Great job bringing out food quickly for the little one. Carpaccio, Caprese and Arancini appetizers were terrific! Those who had pizza were extremely pleased.
