We love the place. The only real issue is they rush you through your meal. It’s understandable as the restaurant is small. During the cold weather it does stand to reason this will continue. The food is great.

We really enjoyed all of our food and as a group ended up sharing a little bit of each of our’s dishes. Very tasty. We also appreciated that the staff were all helping each other out and so there was never idle time when we didn’t t have someone available to serve our needs!!!

Service was very slow. Kitchen is unorganized or bad communication with wait staff. We waited for over an hour before being told that they no longer had what we ordered. The pasta pesto was fine but nothing special. Drinks are good. Overall we will not be back.

The restaurant is excellent. We were in a large party and everyone was so accommodating. Our main waiter was excellent and he was so patient with us. The food is extraordinary and I will recommend to others. I have eaten at their past restaurants (Trattoria Siciliana Berkeley) in the past and it was excellent as well.

Really good food but even with a reservation and arriving 10 minutes before our reservation time, we had to wait u til about 15-20 min after our reservation time to get seated at a high top table when we requested a normal inside table when we made the reservation. Overall very very noisy and not sure if it was cause we were at a high top or not but we didn’t have a waiter or waitress and someone random would just ask us if we we good every once in awhile or we had to flag them down to order stuff. Overall a good restaurant but it’s clear they need a bit longer to figure out their day to day operations and their bathroom situation isn’t preferable(only 1 restroom for the whole restaurant directly visible to the dining room, with very little waiting room).

Delicious dinner and great company. The restaurant was bustling but the main room inside was a bit loud. Nonetheless, glad to see the restaurant thriving:-)

My husband and I had an amazing date night at Isola Osteria! Everything we ordered was so delicious, the service was great and the environment felt alive and thriving. It has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Danville. We will definitely be back again!

It would have been perfect if it had Italian music in the background. The music really ruined the atmosphere. There was nothing about it that said “Italian”.

Food tasty but a bit too salty, especially the oil dip for the bread. Great ambience, decor & service!
