Este establecimiento ofrece una experiencia auténtica en Raleigh. El Irregardless abrió en 1975 y se hizo famoso por su ambiente hippie y su comida vegetariana. En los años 80, fue el primer restaurante de Carolina del Norte donde estaba prohibido fumar. Hoy, el Cafe es el restaurante de Raleigh que más tiempo lleva abierto con el mismo propietario.     Great food and service as always. I had the vegan burrito with home fries and it was all just perfect. Have gone to irregardless for years and continue to love it.

    If you are a grits person then I highly recommend their cheese grits! They’re definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. The service is always great and the food comes out quickly. It doesn’t help get loud inside but that’s cause they’re such a popular place!

    Best gluten free pancakes, waffles and buns I have had. Food was sooo good. Chloe was the best server. Great experience.

    Vegetarian dishes were delicious and very creative. Service was excellent and we did not feel rushed. Live music set the mood perfectly

    I’ve been dining at Irregardless since I was a child and it has been a wonderful experience every time . Delicious garden salad and roasted harissa cauliflower were on the menu and tasted amazing!

    Server was super polite and our food came quickly. However, the food is mediocre, especially given the prices. My bok choy was steamed beyond recognition and the sauce on the salmon was far too thick.

    A lovely Valentine's evening. The vibe was friendly and welcoming, and the two violinists were a nice touch. Food was fine - and the fingerling potatoes were delicious! Our dessert cobbler arrived cold, but it was a busy night and they heated it up quickly. Fun place.
