The service was fantastic. We were seated right away. The server took our orders and we received received our food in a reasonable amount of time. The issue was that the condition of some of the food wasn’t good we got french fries that were cold and a dessert where the whipped cream Was a pile of mush probably because it was sitting out too long. Normally, I would recommend this place, it was very crowded and it seemed like it was a bad day. Noise level was pretty high.

We had 715 reservations but didn’t get seated until 830. Once seated we waited a good 20 min prior to food being ordered. Another 20 min later were told they were out of chicken fingers. Kids at this point beyond starving. Not a great experience at all and not comped any dishes.

I had put in my booking that I wished to sit in a booth away from the bar. They put me in the exact opposite place. At a high top table right next to the bar, despite there being plenty of open booths and seats. It wasn't until after we asked that we got our seating changed.

Good food. Good prices. It was a busy night so we had to wait for our table even though we had reservations. But overall it was a pleasant evening.

Kashmir was an excellent server. Food was terrific and the sour strawberry/rhubarb beer was perfect.

I’ve been here a few times now and au must say everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The servers are always nice and treat us well. It’s def a go to for us.

Awful service. Started with the check in process - table had been booked online. We turned up at the alloted time but then had to wait 20 minutes. Had to ask front desk when our table would be ready at which point we got a look from the person on front desk who then begrudgingly took us to one of many free tables. Then wrong order was brought up which then took over 20 minutes to replace. Finished plates were not removed from the table. When we spoke to the manager he offered us a discount which turned out to be 10% but honestly did not look sorry for the bad service we received
