We were seated for 20 minutes and never acknowledged. Workers were all around us, but no one greeted or served us. We became so frustrated that we left and had a nice meal next door.

Menu reduced significantly from previous visit. Service was slow and inattentive. As a person who dined here many times I would not recommend to others based on my last two visits.

I was disappointed to see that the menu had changed since our last visit a few months ago. I was looking forward to a specific item. The one I got (eggplant)was so-so. Plus it wasn’t very warm. I realize the cheese wasn’t supposed to be but the rest of the dish was luke warm. My husband said his ribs were very good. Our waitstaff person was great!! He was pleasant, professional and attentive.

We had a party of 10 celebrating my daughter's 50th birthday and everything was great. Food was excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful.

This has always been one of our "Go To" places. The past two times we have noticed a substantial decrease in attentativeness. Once seated, it took a while for someone to acknowledge that we were there. The latest food menu choices are chef choices and not customer-driven. The good news is that while we used to have to have trouble getting a reservation, it was not busy at all.

Great experience overall. From the initial greeting, which was almost immediate, to the service, and the delicious food and drinks. We both had burgers (different choices) and both were delicious. Though fairly busy, didn't have to wait long for our food and our server knew when to check on us and when not to. Great night out!

This was our go too restaurant,but they eliminated 42 menu items,many of them that we like.I think we won’t be going very often

Even with a reservation, our party of 2, had a 30 minute wait. It’s the holidays so I’m guessing that’s the reason for the wait. Food was ok, a little cold, but good. The wait staff was ok.

Loud, crowded and although we arrived before our reservation, we were seated 20 minutes after. Food is fresh and tasty.
