Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

    El lugar es lindo y el servicio muy bueno, el chef se acerca personalmente a saludar, los platos fuertes estuvieron bien pero no para el precio que se paga.... en lo personal esperaba que toda la comida estuviera deliciosa, pero el cocktail y el postre no me gustaron... siento que es un lugar sobrevalorado...

    Very sad to report that we were disappointed after hearing such good things about this restaurant. I ordered a round of cocktails and my Woodford Reserve Manhattan came out as if it had been intentionally watered-down. Our waiter apologized and brought another that was absolutely made correctly however they still tried to charge us for the first one when the bill arrived. Then, my main course came out of the kitchen luke warm at best. Our waiter looked exasperated but not surprised, as if this happens often. They replaced the dish but my family had almost finished theirs by the time mine came back. Lastly, my wife ordered a pecan dessert that was hard as a rock and not edible. We have had fabulous meals on the Island for the last 2 weeks and this was our last meal as a family before departing. What a disappointment.

    It pretty much was the perfect dining experience. It was our second time here and it was wonderful. Excellent food, great servers and all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend it if you want a truly memorable dinner.

    Had high expectations for Indigo considering their website boasts this is one of the top 10% of restaurants in the world. Unfortunately, the food fell short of being at the top of my list. The resort is lovely. We requested outdoor seating and the ambience and service was excellent. We had the Wymara Bird and Blue Indigo cocktails. Both were just average. The bread served was neither warm in temperature or anything other than ordinary. Ordered the Chicken Dumpling starter. The filling felt extremely compressed in texture- almost hard. We had three different cuts of steak (T-bone, Tenderloin and NY) all were just ok and under seasoned at best. We opted to skip desert as dinner was disappointing. We have had much better meals at other restaurants on island.

    We chose Indigo for our Holiday meal on Christmas. They did not disappoint, The food was outstanding. they had the best flourless chocolate cake we have ever had.
