Family owned In Contrada Vineyard, the oldest winery in San Antonio, invites you to visit us! Enjoy an afternoon in the vines while delighting in our house made wines and freshly prepared food.

We offer inside dinning in addition to covered outside seating in the vineyard. Outside you will find gazebos, sun shades, misters and fans. Its really quite nice!

Please make sure to note our Kitchen Hours if you will be dinning with us:
Kitchen closes promptly at 8pm, Friday, and Saturday. On Sunday the kitchen closes promptly at 5:30 pm.
Our Wine Tasting Hours are:

Friday 4pm to 10pm,
Saturday 12pm to 10pm,
Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

No split checks on parties of 6 or more & gratuity is automatically added on parties of 6+

Tap your toes, sing along, and guess the correct song as we introduce you to the best game ever! This event is free to join and we have prizes for the winners. No experience is necessary and you don't need to be a walking juke-box to have a chance at winning. Be sure to book a table before 6 PM if you'd like to dine with us before the game begins. Table service will be available during the game.

Absolutely, hands down, one of the most miserable dining experiences I've ever had. The outdoor dining space, which should be a highlight of dining at a vineyard, is somehow cramped and claustrophobic. And the service is practically nonexistent. The hostess was nowhere to be found for several minutes; had to find her and tell her we were waiting to be seated for our reservation. She seated us and brought us water. A mediocre musician sang too-loud covers of Elvis, George Straight and Dolly Parton. Then it took at least 10 minutes for any server to actually acknowledge our existence. When the waitress finally asked if she could get us anything, we ordered all of our food. She wrote nothing down and managed to forget to put in our entree, a pizza. We realized this 30 minutes later when asking to order desert well in advance. She pretended she hadn't forgotten and said she'd check on it. We waited another 20 minutes before my teenage girls started crying because the atmosphere was so miserable and the food so mid. This place just made everyone sad, and I ultimately told the waitress to keep the pizza and cheesecake and just charge us for what we'd eaten. Cannot stress enough how awful this experience managed to be against the backdrop of an otherwise beautiful sunset. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Service,good food & wine is Great! It's so Beautiful out there & they have live music on the weekends. They also do all kinds of fun events. Need to go there if you haven't been!

In Contrada is an absolute gem! The pizza is nothing short of perfection fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who make you feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting to enjoy a great meal with friends or family. The workers go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Whether you’re here for the wine, the food, or simply the ambiance, In Contrada never disappoints!

Meal was great and had an amazing server I forgot her name but she gave us all her recommendations but sadly had to leave halfway through me and my wife’s dinner with another server but he was also great too. Definitely coming back!

I made a reservation here for a late valentines date for me, my husband, his friend and his gf, and then my cousin in law and his fiancé - I had been wanting to go here since had seen it on instagram. And it's about 10 minutes from my parents house. I absolutely loved it. The ones were good and so was the pizza and salad we ordered. We sat outside to enjoy the sun . Everybody in our party had really good things to say about it. We will definitely be back!

Great place to go on a date. Great ambience and customer service. Makes the scenery truly romantic. Plus the wine is great. Zimpop wine is the best in my opinion. Service was superb. Even offered a blanket to make sure my wife was comfortable in the cold weather. They do have outside heater which help a lot. The pizza is amazing. The meatballs were very tender and juicy. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend

First time visiting. Enjoyed our visit. Very relaxing atmosphere. Service by our server Thaddeus was great. They were somewhat busy and Thaddeus was handling numerous tables but he always made sure that all his tables were taken care of. Enjoyed their wine and pizza was pretty good. All in all a great place to sit back, relax, have a glass of wine and food with a date or with friends. Will definitely be back in the near future.
