Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY celebration of our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house Sake Sommelier, and Sake Educator Noah Sain. This will be a two hour event from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, March 4. Sip along and learn about three different sakes curated by Noah, and enjoy food pairings curated by Skye. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! Be prepared to meet likeminded sake enthusiasts in a free flow tasting environment. This is a special event - the bar is usually closed for normal service on Tuesdays. 1 ticket includes: a one of kind T-Shirt, 3 glasses of sake, 3 food pairings, a choice between 40% off one bottle of sake, or an extra glass to enjoy afterwards. Sake drinks are amazing. The octopus poke was really good. The menu changes a lot but everything they serve is delicious.

A great and unique experience. Our server was wonderful and very passionate about his job. Took the time to truly educate us on sale and made some great recommendations. We tried the sake flight and had a few sake cocktails, the sake martini was great and flavorful. The food was very good and paired great. The pork belly was absolutely phenomenal, possibly one of the best things I have ever tasted. Overall a wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful visit with friends. The place was already hopping at 5:15p when we arrived. We tried quite a few dishes-all were over the top fantastic! Cucumbers, Cold Ramen, Potstickers, Lobster ceviche were on point and the flavors were amazing! Had nice conversation with Noah about some great sake selections. He is a gem and very knowledgeable. Our server (didn’t catch her name) was awesome. Looking forward to our next visit.

The cuisine and atmosphere is always incredible. The music is always on point. Worth the $ in my opinion.

The menu is eclectic and interesting take on Asian fusion with very fresh ingredients. The ambience is very unique and quaint and not for everyone’s taste especially for large groups. The oysters and cocktails are a must try! I normally take photos of my meal but the lighting was very dim to provide justice to the beautiful dish presentation.
