Since I was 13 years old, I've been in the restaurant industry. I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value. At IL Sorrento, we are embracing old world charm of Southern Italy & bringing it to Westchester County. Our hope is that you will enjoy being at IL Sorrento as much as we will enjoy serving you

One big up for these guys We went there for Valentine’s Day Place is beautiful done Manhattan charm in the middle of Westchester Fair price prices Can’t wait to come back

Went there for Valentine night, Please wear packed, Every single table was full, Easy Can tell why that busy, Food is excellent service is super attentive, Prices were fair!! See you guys soon

Would have preferred a non-prefixed menu on vday. will go again with to try the grilled octopus.

We had a lovely dinner at Il Sorrento. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive and the service was impeccable. We are excited to add this beautiful restaurant to our rotation.

During the initial part of our visit I was beginning to feel rushed, but as time went on not so much. I guess the staff was just trying to be attentive. We had been to the previous restaurant in this space and it has since been completely remodeled and looks lovely. Very nice selection of all courses, and good specials as well. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and entrees. I shared the bread pudding for dessert and it was yummy b We will definitely be back.
