Il Falò celebrates the art of cooking with fire – with quality ingredients prepared skillfully and cooked to perfection over the open flame.

Our wood-fired oven and grill add a kiss of fire to artisan-quality meats, fresh seafood, vegetables sourced from our local partners, pizzas on house-made sourdough, and elements of our craft cocktails.

With an emphasis on the craft of cooking, ingredients are sourced thoughtfully, pastas and breads are made in-house, and a contemporary approach is applied to Italian tradition.

Set in The Westin's Grand Ballroom with room for large and small families alike, you'll enjoy savory selections from the Il Falò culinary team like a Roasted Turkey with house gravy and Pomegranate Cranberry Chutney, as well as fall-inspired sides such as Sweet Potato Souffle with toasted meringue, Braised Collards with smoked turkey, and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The feast continues with house-made pies, served with Cary’s own Geluna Gelato, offering an irresistible sweet finish to your meal. $69 for adults, $29 for kids 6-10, and free for kids 5 and under.

Food good. Service good... restaurant was VERY NOISY! More like a lunch room than a fine dining restaurant. Does not match the website pictures at all! Connected directly to the hotel bar.. Marble on the walls just makes the noise even worse.

Have. dined here many times. It always the same. The wait staff is constantly inattentive. The kitchen staff is loud. You have to ask for drink refills. Slow kitchen. Takes a long time to get anything. The wait staff might be the problem. They disappear a lot. Last night I really noticed that the ventilation in kitchen wasn’t on. We were smoked with kitchen cooking odor when we left. Very strong in dining area.

We enjoyed a brunch time visit on a Sunday. Restaurant was empty. Hope they will be able to sustain. Cocktails, while unique and good, were co$tly. Food was fine. Service was good and enjoyed the outdoor seating option this time of year.

My parents were in town last Friday, so decided to take them to our favorite Italian restaurant in area. We had a cocktail prior to dinner in the lounge, where the drinks were delicious but a bit on the pricey side. Dinner was spectacular as usual. Service was prompt and on point. Food was flavorful and everyone enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be back again soon!!

We had a great experience. The food tasted great. The wait time for service was non existent. We had reservations for lunch, but that was not necessary.
