We had a gorgeous evening celebrating our son’s 21st mix week . The waiter was great . Recommended lovely wine & mains. The pizzas are divine as are the pastas . We shared focaccia , calamari and suppli to start . Lots of fish choices all Delicious . Highly recommend this gorgeous restaurant

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal yet again a very homely welcoming experience. The Staff very professional and helpful as always. Food superb! Have recommended it on to friends & family.

We visited for a birthday lunch for my mum. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding, we were made feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend and will 100 percent be returning.

Our waiter was sooo rude! Totally disinterested & disgruntled. Food amazing & wine gourmet. Ambience super.

I had dined here several times and enjoyed food and ambience but this time on 2/1/25 was an awful experience. Mainly due to a LOT of fruit flies pre and during the meal to the extent we couldn’t focus on conversation as we had to constantly swipe them away - and they ended up in the food as well - the service was poor - waiting ages to get waiters attention - and then they were disinterested, abrupt and harried. Food was “ok” so also disappointing. I complained about the fruit flies and the waiter acknowledged they had this problem and that they had reported it to the landlord but it hadn’t been fixed & it was therefore not their (caffe di Napoli) fault - unbelievable! They also did not give us any gesture/discount on the bill or even offer a glass of wine or apology. We all agreed it was awful and that we wouldn’t return.

Food was excellent but service was incredibly slow. When we asked to order dessert, knowing what we wanted from the specials board, the waiter dropped the menus on the table and told us he was busy with a large group and he couldn’t take our order. We were then completely ignored by the staff and eventually asked for the bill. No one came to the table to take payment so I went to the counter to pay and was asked if everything was ok. I said it wasn’t and explained that not only was the service slow but the waiter had been rude when we asked to order dessert. The gentleman taking payment argued that they were giving us time because they did not need the table back but at this stage it was almost 9 o’clock and we had booked for 6:15 and hadn’t managed to order dessert. Very disappointing especially as we really enjoyed the food we did have and have always liked the restaurant before.

This place is a gem…. Always excellent, we have never had a bad experience. They will happily tweak a menu request, no fuss, no bother…. Can 100% recommend 🤩
