il Bracco is an upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of Uptown, Houston, located in Post Oak Plaza. Our menu features handmade pastas, fresh salads, hand-cut steaks & seafood, and an extensive yet approachable wine list.

Breads, pasta and dessert are made from scratch, in house daily.

Our dining room is made of intimate booths with a full service bar and cocktail lounge, as well as a quiet patio with an outdoor fire place.

Mi hijo y yo nos enfermamos gravemente del estómago, a mí me dio diarrea y a mi hijo, vómito y diarrea, fue una muy mala experiencia, dos días enfermos

We had a great time! Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were too. Our server and other employees were very friendly and gave great service. When we arrived, the hostess mentioned they were behind and we were going to be seated after our reservation time. We did arrive 10 minutes early from our reservation time so we were advised to sit at the bar. We just ordered our drinks so we didn’t even get them yet and were seated AT our reservation time. I really appreciated that it went smoothly for our drinks to transfer from the bar and straight to our table. I only mention that as other restaurants prefer you close your tab at the bar before moving to your seat which makes it awkward when my husband has to do that while I go ahead and sit at our table. Then I eventually have to direct or find my husband so we can be both at our table. We also received our food at a timely manner and afterwards we decided to sit at the bar for more drinks. The bartender was very knowledgeable and he was able to recommend other drinks to us which we also enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this place as they gave absolutely great service and served delicious food & drinks.

This is one of our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurants. Excellent, extra-mile-type service from real professional servers and delicious food. Buzzy ambiance with cozy spaces. (The lighting actually makes a big difference in this restaurant.) Excellent bar and wine list. Our server Parker willingly subbed out bucatini noodles for the polenta that came with the special Osso Buco. But then he brought out the polenta in addition and my husband was converted to a polenta lover! The Spicy Gemelli pasta is an awesome perfect comfort food for a cold night. The kale salad is my favorite side. The flourless chocolate cake with ice cream was also excellent. Parker actually brought a second chilled martini glass and replaced my husband's glass! I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food and service is impeccable. Kale salad is a favorite and the oadtas akways spit on. Attentive service cannot be beat.

Service was very good and the food was out standing. Would recommend asking the bartenders for wine recommendations. As my waitress was not knowledgable on the wine menu.

My Husband and I were there for lunch on the 15th, my husband wasn’t impressed with the food, he thiught for the prices the portions should have been more generous, we had the crispy artichoke m, I had the eggplant Parmesan which was good and my husband had the chicken sandwich and he stated that it was just okay..
