I was very disappointed that the dishes I chose from the menu were not available. Also it was very hot and stuffy upstairs and not much ventilation or air conditioning. Finally the lift stopped working so my disabled husband had to be assisted down the 4 flights of stairs. One of the customers who was there having lunch helped to take him downstairs. I won’t be back nor will I refer. For the price of each dish it cost you a packet. They had no more banquet available. Not good was so looking forward to trying this place.

Delicious food, amazing staff, fantastic service, great ambience... We went on Christmas day, the place was packed but the food was beautiful and fresh, we had a signature set meal which was great, vegetarian options were equally tasty.

We pre ordered the Xmas banquet but waited over an hour between entree and mains. Despite pre ordering the Xmas banquet, oysters were sold out and we were not made aware of substitutions which had dietary implication. Drink orders forgotten. Along with our basic water order… :( Food was great as was service which were clearly stretched for the day. We love this place but won’t be back. :(

Food was excellent. However we were sat in glass roof atrium part and it got VERY hot. We had a small child with us and we were surprised there was no air conditioning or shade. Granted it was a very hot day but this did really hinder our experience. We were also not offered enough water or left any on the table, only very small glasses occasionally topped up. I really was shocked at how hot the restaurant was left for their diners.

We waited 30 mins for water, the whole dining experience went close to 4 hrs, which wasn't ideal as people had plans and work afterwards, most importantly they gave my husband prawn rolls when we told them that he had shell fish allergy lucky we had our epi pen and spat it out immediately. Staff were rude, asian female said “just wait”, definitely all the staff that served our table requires a lot of training. We wont be going back.

We had my mom’s 70th at your ready last night, and have some feedback. The waitress who took our order clearly didn’t want to be there, she was short w us, annoyed and seemed to rush us, no smile and I felt she was screaming at us in her head, everyone noticed it at the table and felt uneasy. The food was delivered way too quickly and didn’t allow us to socialise, we couldn’t hear each other as well and were seated under a massive aircon, my mother is old and was sitting right under it. I had 2 complaints about the Japanese curry, they really weren’t happy w their meals, and my whiskey sour was awful. Sorry to give such a bad review, the rest of the food was great, and we appreciated that we were allowed to pay separately by card, but we didn’t have such a nice experience.
