The service was very slow and waiters were confused brining dishes that we’d already been served. There were very loud patrons that ruined the ambiance. The food was very average and not worth the price. Felt like the food was very rushed and some was very bland. Overall was not an enjoyable night. We also waited 15 minutes after our booking time to be seated

We had the $95 pp set menu, however the food all came out within 5 minutes of one another. The mains were also rather bland unfortunately. We needed to buy more food from the al a carte menu to be satisfied. Our water was topped up only once for the night, which we also had to request and drink server only came to us twice. This is one of our favourite restaurants, however this was a disappointing experience

The food is exceptional, particularly given the number of diners. The staff are friendly and helpful. For New Year's Eve it was a great venue, and I look forward to returning on a less frantic occasion.

I was very disappointed that the dishes I chose from the menu were not available. Also it was very hot and stuffy upstairs and not much ventilation or air conditioning. Finally the lift stopped working so my disabled husband had to be assisted down the 4 flights of stairs. One of the customers who was there having lunch helped to take him downstairs. I won’t be back nor will I refer. For the price of each dish it cost you a packet. They had no more banquet available. Not good was so looking forward to trying this place.

Delicious food, amazing staff, fantastic service, great ambience... We went on Christmas day, the place was packed but the food was beautiful and fresh, we had a signature set meal which was great, vegetarian options were equally tasty.

Great food. However. After arriving it took 45 minutes for our first drinks order to arrive. When they did our guests, who had arrived after my partner and I where served first. While having the banquette it seemed that our table was completely forgotten. After about the 3rd course we waited for an hour without any service at all. Service recommenced when I was able to find a floor supervisor. During the experience surrounding tables were able to have multiple sittings with diners arriving and leaving while we waited. Pretty disappointing. No response from restaurant when emailed.

We pre ordered the Xmas banquet but waited over an hour between entree and mains. Despite pre ordering the Xmas banquet, oysters were sold out and we were not made aware of substitutions which had dietary implication. Drink orders forgotten. Along with our basic water order… :( Food was great as was service which were clearly stretched for the day. We love this place but won’t be back. :(
