Dear Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant on Saturday 16th November . My family and I were dining at your establishment, and although the evening started off well, it was marred by an inappropriate action taken by the manager.
During the end of our meal, the manager approached our table and, without any prior interaction with us, decided that my son needed a break from drinking. This decision was made despite our table not being disruptive or loud, in stark contrast to other tables nearby. I believe the manager made a mistake regarding who may have been intoxicated, as there were no issues at our table.
This intervention was not only unwarranted but also ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. As a result, we chose to pay our bill, tip our server for their efforts, and leave the restaurant early. Unfortunately, given this experience, I do not plan on returning to your establishment in the future.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as I believe it reflects poorly on your management and customer service standards. Thank you for your time and attention.
