Iavarone's Steakhouse and Italian Grill in Tampa, Florida is a family restaurant with a diverse menu. A traditional steak house with a unique Italian flare. All of the beef here is from grain-fed cows in the Midwest. It's carefully aged USDA Choice and is kept in-house at least four to six days before being served. Since 1948, Iavarone's Steakhouse and Italian Grill has offered guests an extensive selection of steaks like the NY strip, 12-oz. rib eye bone-in, 12-oz. T-bone and the filet mignon.

We had a party of 6, and most of us had eaten several times at Ivararone's. It was the second time my wife and I had the pleasure. We have eaten at some of the country's best-known steakhouses and restaurants, and I was impressed with the value and quality of the food. But it was the service that was exceptional and really stood out to me. Garrett was our server, and it was an absolute pleasure to have such a professional service in this day and age. He presented himself very well, was polite, and attended to all of our needs quickly and efficiently. The only thing that stopped me from awarding Ivarone's 5 stars across the board was the overall condition of the restaurant. Although it was clean, it seemed dated and needed some renovations to bring it to the next level. Ivararone's is on our short list of local restaurants that we will continue patronizing and recommending to our friends and family. The food is always great and so is the service. Our server was Jack and he did a great job. He was professional and polite and helpful with his food descriptions and suggestions of some of his favorite dishes. We will definitely be back.

We recently held a business lunch at Iavarone's. While the atmosphere was pleasant and my colleagues enjoyed their meals (Steak Sandwich and Filet Tip Salads), my Blackened Cod Sandwich was missing the tartar sauce. This omission made the sandwich drier than it should have been and detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, it was still a worthwhile lunch meeting, and I would consider returning.

We picked Iavarone’s because of the location but once there we all said why don’t we come here more often…. Our food was delicious and our server was great. We asked her about her favorites and she told us about several and we tried them and she was right. The only down side was they were out of Grouper and that is what I was going to have and I didn’t care for the house Cab. We will be back because the food and service was wonderful!

Great place, came highly recommended from a local friend. Excellent food, atmosphere and the service was incredible! 100% you should make this a regular spot!

The Steak was excellently seasoned and the pasta was phenomenal. However, I have to drop a star because of how fatty the steak was. The New York Strip 14oz at $48 was almost 60% fat which was rather disappointing. Overall our server was very attentive and the experience was great.

Sam was my servier and he was excellent. I was one of the only individuals in the restaurant at the start and he was very attentive. The food was also excellent. I had the escargo, Prime Au Jus and Chocolate Cake. The staff were all very friendly. The ambiance is split between the bar and the dining area (with one having blue lighting and the other warm lighting). It's an interesting concept, if not a little distracting. The cost for the quality was also very good, costing me under $100 for everything before tip. I will be visiting again.
