Hy's Calgary es la última adición a la familia de restaurantes de alta cocina Canada's Premier Steakhouses desde 1955. Con líneas limpias y texturas de cuero, terciopelo, cálida madera y piedra, este restaurante es una versión moderna de la tradición clásica en filetes. El orgullo del lugar es la asador rodeado por una pared circular de cristal, del cual se obtienen filetes Canadian Prime Great (canadienses de primera calidad) perfectamente asados al carbón.     Standard advice is to avoid the fish at a steakhouse but it doesn't apply at Hy’s. Dino and staff provided a great date night and I changed it up and went with the pickerel, which was delicious. It followed Calgary's best Caesar salad and was accompanied by delicious cocktails and excellent non-American wine. Vive Le Canada! Vive Hy’s!

    This was our first visit to this restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and our server, Dino, made it an unforgettable experience. We tried the fish dish and steak that Dino recommended, along with various sides, and I must say—this was by far the best fine dining experience we’ve had in Calgary. The Caesar salad that Dino prepared tableside was also exceptional. Great food and great company—thank you, Dino!
