Unfortunately, my wife and I split the special (bourbon bone in Ribeye) and it came to us barely warm .. the butter on top wouldn't even melt. Sent it back to be heated up. Our daughters finished their meals before we got our steak back and when it did come, it was still not hot .. butter again not melting! Expect more from Hyde Park.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our dining experience this evening. Our reservations were at 5:45 pm and we were seated right away. We informed our server that we were attending a concert that started at 8 pm. Our server was super engaging & provided great service. Cocktails, appetizer, and salads were served with great timing. Our entrees took a considerable amount of time, so much time actually, we ask the server to bring our check so we could go ahead & pay before we even received our food because at this point, we were most like going to be late to the concert. We were told the kitchen was running behind. My filet was cool / cold as were the onion straws (maybe been sitting for a bit) and another entree the filet was way over cooked. We didn’t have time to bring the concern to the servers attention as at this point we were already running late. Had to eat our food extremely fast & the food tonight was very underwhelming. Definitely not a typical evening that we are accustomed to at Hyde Park. So disappointing that this was a first experience at this establishment with the couple we were with.

Food and service were excellent! Steak was perfectly prepared. Seafood was fresh.We had a concert we had to attend and our server made sure our dinner was served in time for us to make the show. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

This was an amazing dining experience. The lobster escargot style was truly the highlight of the meal. The filet was cooked perfectly and cut like butter.
