Service was slow, even though the restaurant was not full/packed, baked potatoe was cold, lettuce in wedge salad was bitter.

No complaints, food and service was exactly what you would expect from a high end steak house. We liked that it was New Years Eve and they used their regular menu.

The food was phenomenal. Our server was great. The only issue I was not OK with was the seating arrangement. It was our anniversary dinner and we were put off into a dark corner, blocked off by the fireplace, unable to view the rest of the restaurant.

The food and service was outstanding. I had surf and turf my wife had pork chop both were prepared excellent. I've been to a lot if 1st steakhouses and Hyde Park is at the top of my list,

The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. My wife and me were there to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Our server, Dylan, was very attentive and friendly. We were met at our table by the manager Tiffany and the regional manager Craig to welcome us and to wish us a happy anniversary. Craig presented us with an anniversary card signed by all of the staff which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Our food was amazing! Overall, it was a wonderful evening. This is the third time we have visited Hyde Park and it's been a great experience each time. We would definitely recommend the restaurant, well done! We will definitely be back.
