Located on Chelsea’s Park Walk, HUŎ opened summer 2021 to critical acclaim. Showcasing a unique blend of clean, fresh and healthy Asian food, dishes on Head Chef Yam Bahaeur Gurumg’s menu are all prepared from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Favouring a balanced choice of snacks, small plates and mains, highlights include Soft Shell Crab, Siu Mai, Stir-Fried Beef Fillet with Spicy Black Pepper Sauce and Triple-Cooked Dover Sole with Asparagus, Garlic & Chilli. Driftwood colours combined with an abundance of natural light, ensures a fresh and airy ambience and on warmer days the restaurant's frontage is fully opened up serving as the backdrop to several pavement tables and a small terrace. As well as the restaurant, HUŎ boasts a separate bar area where guests can linger over drinks including a fantastic selection of Asian-inspired cocktails, alongside some of the more unusual and often coveted Japanese whiskies, vodkas and craft beer.

Our. Second trip to HUO was even better than the first (if that’s possible !) . We ordered the Quarter Duck and pancakes which are more than enough for 2 people plus the chicken wonton soup, chilli beef, rice , asparagus and pakchoi for sides. Everything was outstanding , served fresh and hot with friendly helpful service. Great wine list choices. The low lighting and tables give an Iberian/ Mediterranean vibe with all cream surroundings. We’ll be back (soon!)

It was perfect spot for a quiet catch up after work. The food was tasty and I think a fair price for the area.

This was my second time. Sadly not as good as the first time. Both times I ate the same starters. Food could have been crispier crispy calamari and crispy prawns were less crispy. Maybe a different chef even though I was there at lunchtime.

An excellent mix of Thai, Singaporean and Chinese food. Great variety and excellent taste. The Peking duck and pancakes were outstanding and a very generous portion for only a quarter of a duck. It was enough for 2 of us. All dishes are sharing and excellent sized portions.

Excellent service, very attentive and quick. We picked a lot of the fried items which were quite heavily battered.

Amazing experience, food was incredible, very reasonable for a table of 9 who had lots of different dishes across 3 courses and lots of wine … honestly a fabulous restaurant, friendly staff and great ambience

The atmosphere was beautiful and the area was clean and presentable . Perfect place for some great pictures. Me and my friends ordered (food wise): Thai red curry Crispy Calamari Steamed jasmine rice Chicken gyoza Sweet and sour chicken Wonton soup And all of us greatly enjoyed our meals . My personal favourite was the Thai red curry , the flavour was amazing and my second favourite would be the sweet and sour chicken ( absolutely wonderful). Our waiter was cheerful and welcoming , really complimented the restaurant’s vibe and overall we had a great experience. We had to leave a tip.
