   Me and my fiance weren’t able to be seated when we came in the first time so we made reservations and came back and still couldn’t get our table the service was terrible. Spinach dip was good but way too much cheese i couldn’t enjoy much of it due to the thickness of all the cheese. Ordered 2 servings of the charbroiled oysters 1st batch was delicious but the second tasted raw and was super cold in the middle. When i called up The manager said unfortunately if you don’t bring it back tonight there’s nothing i can do for you smh so i threw them out!! Oh yea she said “well you do know you can eat them raw right?!” If i wanted raw oysters i would’ve ordered that but hey it was worth a try!! Maybe my experience would have been different if i was actually dining in they could’ve fixed it i guess idk

   This was my first time visiting this location! The hostess and waitress was on point. Although they were packed the food came out hot and delicious! Seasoned food is a must for this southern girl! Definitely a good spot to try out.

   At arrival the hostess was on the phone looking down and didn’t acknowledge us. When she hung up the phone she walked away not saying a word and I thought maybe we should just leave if this is how our experience was starting. She came back shortly with a smile, asked about our reservation,then asked us for just a moment. We were sat in what felt like the sports bar section (brightly light with tvs in the corners on espn) at a high top even though my reservation on open table was for standard. Behind us was an area that was very ambient, decorated with lush hanging plants and vines and dimly lit, which would have been our preference for our anniversary weekend which was also stated in the reservation. Our server was delightful and arrived at the table promptly. She answered our cocktail questions, shared her thoughts on what she liked and made suggestions! She was great! The highlight of our night was when we asked her for oyster shots. She explained they didn’t have them but had made them by request before. The manager came over and asked how we liked them and voila, we were presented two perfect oyster shots! They were delicious and we appreciated the effort to accommodate us rather than just say no, which they could have easily done. We ordered oysters Rockefeller which were really good and better than some we have had in NOLA. The creole wings with sweet bourbon bbq were big and meaty with a good flavor. The cornbread tasted like cake and was one of our favorites. The creole ribeye was thin, tough and over cooked however the flavor was nice. The rice was flavorful and delicious as well as the asparagus. We planned on trying the Beignet Sunday which did look good but decided to save room and see what other places in the area had to offer. Overall it was the service we received once seated that made our experience a good one. I wouldn’t frequent house of creole but I would go back!

   The food was fine. It didn’t ‘wow’ either of us. The restrooms were disgusting. The stalls were overflowing and clogged, there was NO SOAP, and only one paper towel dispenser worked. An 18% mandatory service charge is just so off-putting. I understand when it’s large groups, but to do that for everyone? Come on, now. Our server would’ve gotten 20-25% tip if you hadn’t forced a mandatory service charge on us from the get-go. Then to have the gall to ask for an additional 20% when the bill was brought out? Just, no.

   Very good experience! It was our first time there and I will be returning. The food was fresh, we'll made and we'll seasoned. Our server Jasmine was very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to returning and bringing more people. The BEST food I've had in a long time!!

   Food was great and portions are large. Online it states there is a dress code of business casual but most people were very dressed down.

   Service was great. Food was even better! Had the fried green tomatoes and bang bang shrimp for appetizers, the Creole bird and jambalaya for entrees with sides of the mac and cheese and corn bread. All were outstanding! We will definitely be back!

   Everything Was Great! Restaurant Was Nice. Our Server Was So Nice And Patient. She Explained Everything, Food Was Fabulous! Mimosas Were Great! Took My Husband There For His Birthday. We Definitely Will Be Back! Thank You!

    Came from out of town to try this place the only thing good was the salmon bites and beignets. Messed up both of my orders but supervisor did give me a discount for the inconvenience.
