We waited for long periods of time for everything. It took over 10 min to be acknowledged by our server, we received incorrect food, refills were delayed and we had to request a manager to get our check. The food was ok, but not great.

Worst dining experience in recent memory. Server seemed on top of it, but when I finally asked where the entree was (approximately 30 minutes after salads arrived), it took an additional 10 minutes for him to say someone had taken our entrees and they had to be remade. Still didn’t arrive after an additional 15 minutes, so asked server AGAIN where our food was. Took another 15 minutes for him to bring it to us in to-go boxes. Will never go back. Food we did get (spinach dip and salads) was average. Experience overall was horrible.

Houlihans does a good job with Restaurant Week; and offering specials for birthdays - we got both in on this trip. It was very good!

My husband and I ordered the KC Steak and they were the best steaks we have had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Sides were delicious. Our waiter was so sweet ( sorry I don’t remember his name but we tipped him well). We were in and out in less than 1 hour

Once we got to our table and our server came over she was kind of cold. She took app orders and didn’t give us a chance to order drinks. Waited with 2 empty glasses of water on the table for 15 min. Food was cold and salmon was overcooked. Granted it was busy, not a good experience.

Used a gift certificate that also got us 2 $10 certificates to use after 1/1/25. Unlike some times past, they were very liberal about substitutions for asides. Only negative was that the stuffed chicken was just slightly dry.
