Our signature, all-day restaurant (named for the patron saint of cooks) is an ode to seasonal Italian cooking with regional New Orleans influences. The timeless design is grand, with lush modern touches and ample outdoor seating on the porch and courtyard.

Absolutely delicious! The oysters were amazing, and the Pomodoro pasta is the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend coming here!

I'm Italian so it's not easy for an Italian restaurant to impress me, but san Lorenzo is the real deal. The tuna carpaccio was off the charts, and the pomodoro was excellent. The saffron orrechiette was also amazing. We ordered the cannoli for dessert to make sure the place was legit Italiano, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend this restaurant.

As a native this is hands down our fav local restaurant Lauren, Jamie and team are top notch in service. Chef has brought another level of cuisine too.

I did not know that the restaurant closed at 3pm until 5 and our reservation was at 2:45. Not sure why they allowed that time slot. While the servers were very kind I overall was disappointed and my expectations were so high due to TikTok. The lunch menu does not have the best dishes from dinner. I’m sure dinner is a completely different atmosphere.

Overall, beautiful hotel and setting. Great atmosphere but can be loud. Food is very good but wish more menu choices menu (we went for lunch).

Valentine Day was a busy day, but ladies, really? We were happy to see one table leave. The beets were awesome as was the linguine and more. The satsuma sorbet was delicious. Michael, our waiter, was excellent. We love the ambiance and enjoy dining here.

We’re neighbors and feel like this place is home too. Wonderful people and service and food! Can’t beat it. Run don’t walk to the best place in LGD! Such a wonderful neighborhood restaurant!
