From scrambled eggs, at breakfast, to your lunchtime salad and roast dinner, you can be confident that the food you buy from Horsley Lodge has been sourced locally from the best suppliers we know and trust – the head chef makes it his business to get to know the farmers.

So, whether it’s our meat, poultry, eggs, or fresh fruit and veg, we know where our food comes from, and who has grown or reared it.

Everyone is welcome to come to Horsley Lodge and dine in our Farmhouse Kitchen restaurant with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Or on warmer days enjoy lunch on our terrace as you watch the golfers tackle the 9th hole.

Restaurant - busy and ambient with huge glass bi-folds overlooking the golf course. Food - hot, tasty & plentiful. The Sunday roasts are a very generous size with plenty of meat and green vegetables that still have a crisp to them, not overcooked and soggy. The size of the 4-people sharing platter is huge! A good few vegan options too. Staff - very friendly and very attentive. Value for money? Yes Would we return? Definitely

The refurbishment is lovely. We sat a a table next to the bifold doors, which, as it was unseasonably warm for March, was opened up. Beautiful views over part of the golf course and fields beyond. The food was wonderful and plentiful. The young staff were efficient and friendly. A very enjoyable Sunday lunch for 6 of us.

Sunday sharing platter was certainly an experience. Generous portions and taste how a Sunday lunch should be. Service excellent, it’s what HL has been missing. Well done to all the team and look forward to returning soon to sample some more of the new menu xx

First visit and quite impressed. Lovely surroundings and loads of car parking. Smart new restaurant. Attentive service by helpful staff, lovely food which arrived quickly and was good value. Will definitely come back!

Had one of the best meals out in a long time. We got married at Horsley 14 years ago so it’s a special place for us. The refurbishment in the restaurant is outstanding & the food well that was amazing.

Room is very nice the service was very good food was well cooked and tasty only thing missing was a chocolate (mint) with the coffee to finish off will be back.

Another beautiful breakfast…. The day after our last there. This time we chose the Eggs Benedict One with salmon. One with ham. If you don’t like you smoked salmon cooked slightly with your Benedict let them know. Some people like the smoked salmon on the muffin uncooked.

On a loverly sunny day in March. We was made very welcome ftom the start. We had a great window view over the golf course and fountain while we ate our English breakfast. Love the new interior alterations. Breakfast quality and service was superb. If was that good we are going back the following day for another choice off the menu. Thanks to all.

The refurbished restaurant is lovely and modern, with outstanding views of the golf course and beyond. The Sunday roast was excellent, with a great selection of vegetables. It’s the first weekend open after the renovation, so the staff are still getting used to the new surroundings. The only downside was the slow service between courses. But hey, we’ve just booked a family meal for Boxing Day!
