The first time we visited Horno was during a Santa Fe School of Cooking Restaurant walking tour at this same time last year. Our first experience was so good, we decided to give it a try for dinner, and our dinner was excellent. My husband and I shared the homemade burrata salad with arugula, roasted yams, butternut squash and homemade focaccia croutons, and it was killer! It was an unexpected and fresh seasonal take on a burrata salad. For dinner, my mate had the squid ink fettucine with bay scallops. Although he enjoyed it, he thought the taste of the bay scallops got lost in the stronger, but delicious flavor of the sauce. We both thought replacing the bay with a few large diver scallops would have balanced out this dish. I chose the special of the day, the grilled sea bass, with smoked shrimp-red chile cous-cous, saffron aioli, and herbs, and everything about this dish was absolute perfection, and our server (we can't remember his name- a slightly older gentleman) was super friendly and attentive. We loved the casual but warm vibe, and overall, our entire dinner experience was excellent. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

We loved the food overall, especially the miso roasted veggie appetizer. However, we felt that those of us who had vegetarian mains had a bit less exciting food than those that had non-vegetarian mains.

We had a delightful experience. Relaxed. The waiter was attentive. Chef Sellers said hello. Great salad. Had my favorite wine Tempranillo by the glass.

Wonderful dinner! The focaccia was amazing as were the smoked chicken wings. The duck bolognese with fresh made papperdele was also amazing. Our server, Mario, was super friendly and helpful.

Really nice menu with something for everyone-- all at reasonable price points. Fantastic service-- attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back!

In my experience, it has never been anything but wonderful. Fantastic staff, delicious food, appealing ambiance. My hot toddy was delicious; perfect for the chilly winter evening.

My husband and I had the bouillabaisse for two. Although it was delicious, we would have liked to have had a better ratio of broth to seafood. The broth was very good but had so much of it that we had to leave some, and also wanting more seafood ... rather than sopping up bowl of broth with bread.
