The food was mediocre and the waiter did not even bring us the ice cream for the kids that we paid for. We waited too long and had to leave. Very bad experience.

Horatios is a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The holidays are busy and should be an especially joyous time dining out. Our server simply got it wrong on all accounts. The bottled wine selection was wrong. We had to ask for some utensils. The food order was wrong, even on the 2nd attempt for my entree. She forgot the birthday acknowledgment. It was not what I've been accustomed to at all.

An overall good diining experience along with a reminder that if one dines at a time when folks are celebrating Christmas, one has to expect that service and attention will be somewhat amiss.

The food was exceptional as was the service we received from Lauren. Probably the BEST SERVICE we’ve ever received at Horatio’s!

This was a birthday celebration with my family and the server we had made my day extra special!! The food was delicious and do were the drinks! Thank you Horatios for a wonderful time!

Really nice menu and food was exceptional. Service was just okay. We couldn’t get water refills for our table of 9.

Nice. Our server was great. Friendly to the point and just attentive enough to be great. We had a loud talker at the next table. Not much you can do about that. Service was good. Food excellent. See them soon. Oh and the Landry Club frosting on the cake !!!!

Made a special reservation to have a self care night for myself. I stalked the menu online to make sure I ordered the perfect meal. Was on time for my 8pm reservation. Once seated I waited 10 minutes before I had to flag down the nice busboy and ask him who my server was for my section. He was very gracious and then my server arrives and says " oh I didn't know this was my section" I brushed it off even though the tone of this dinner has been set and not a good one. I ordered my appetizer and margarita. She said she would be back for my dinner order. I received the most delicious crab dip and margarita. Now its about 8:45pm and my server has yet to return to take my dinner order. Has yet to come to my table to even check if I may have needed or wanted anything. At 8:50pm she comes to my table... at that moment I asked for the manager. I sat so long I no longer wanted the dish I stalked online and couldn't wait to try (crab & shrimp fettuccini). The manager arrived and was very apologetic for his servers lack of customer service. I literally cried at my table. Its not often a single mother gets time to herself to have a nice dinner. I had booked a hotel room next door Marina Inn and ended up going back to my hotel and order taco bell on DoorDash. I was crushed my dinner I looked forward to all week was destroyed. It wasn't just about the dinner, I was there for the experience.
