Welcome to Hop Atomica, Louisville's only brewery, distillery, & restaurant. Our hand-tossed, wood-fired, made to order pizzas, are simply incredible. Most similar to a Neapolitan Style, we proudly provide the best pizza around. Oh yea, the smoked wings are mind-blowing, too. Our 20+ craft beers, made on site, are high quality and poured ice-cold. Prefer spirits? Hop Atomica has an amazing craft cocktail program featuring over two dozen classics, a handful of seasonal libations, 30+ bourbons & whiskey's, house-made gins, rums, vodka, and 100% Blue Agave Spirit. Is wine more your speed? Hop Atomica carefully curated a highly intentional wine program with over 40 wines from around the world. Excelente lugar y todo muy atractivo, lo que en lo personal me gusta más el servicio personalizado y ahí es todo por la web, pero muy bien, FELICIDADES.

Maybe the best pizza in Louisville. Excellent cocktails and incredibly well-done beers. Great service for a restaurant in which you order everything from your phone. They really worked hard and cared for us. Highly recommend.

We love Hop Atomica! Great service and vibes. This is definitely our go to spot for a date night or just a quick bite. 10/10 recommend!

Overall great experience! This was our second time going and we were blown away with how good our pizza was. We stopped in for restaurant week and it was such a great deal. We will be back!

The food was creative and delicious! Also, the manager texted us afterwards to let us know that my daughter left her bracelet. Very considerate! We'll definitely be back!

There was confusion with ordering and check out. They were busy when we entered as there was a U of l Business Event going on at the same time, so i understand not having too much time to explain how the payment / ordering process worked. It was because of this that we were not charged for a drink.

Food was terrific and visually appealing. It was our first visit and would have liked the host to ask this and then explain the concept of how the restaurant worked (menu is online along with ordering, no real server for your table). Will definitely be back but may wait for warmer weather!

We went for Valentine’s Day! The prefix menu was very good and came out quickly! The tables are small & close together making it pretty loud in there but it’s a very cool bar and place to eat with great options and service! Will definitely be going back!
