   Got tickets to a standup comedy show at the Hook and Cleaver so decided to have dinner there as well (25$ off coupon for ticket holders) Absolutely the best Calamari I have had, perfectly cooked and so tender! Dinner was also delicious, I had the braised short ribs! Yum and my date had the halibut again perfectly cooked! Nice varied menu, sea food and steak plus pasta and vegan meals! Pete was our waiter and was very helpful choosing a wine that matched with our meals. He was prompt and attentive without being a pest gave us plenty of time between our appetizers and meal and encouraged us to hang around after the and wait in the dining area while we waited for the show. Beautiful view of the sound! Excellent night and the meal and drinks were well within our budget! We will be going back!

   Had dinner reservations of it 6:30, our table was ready and we were seated promptly. Our server Pete was exceptional. Very attentive but not overly so, he anticipated our needs very effectively. It was a lovely evening Thank you

   Beautiful atmosphere with 180 puget sound view that is stunning. See across the water to Whidbey Island. The food was outstanding, main course, side dishes all delicious. Best piece of fish I have had at a restaurant for some time now. Can't wait to go back!

   Lovely views and great service. The food was 4/5; the short ribs and drinks were delicious, the clam chowder was terrible. Overall great experience.

   We really enjoyed the earlybird Lighthouse menu for our group of six. It's a great value for three courses at $32. We each started with a salad or soup. Several of us had the pork chop which was excellent, the sauce was very good and it was cooked perfectly. One person had the salmon and really enjoyed it. And another one had the steak frites and enjoyed it, but did comment the portions on it were small and will order the pork chop next time. Some of us had the creamy buttery potato puree included with our meal. That was so good. Everyone loved their dessert. The white chocolate raspberry ice cream was amazing. We've had Hook and Cleaver's ice cream from Olympic Mountain Creamery before, and it is some of the best. We'll definitely be going back soon.

   Magical birthday dinner for a 77 year old. Ian was great - attentive and nice to talk with. I had steak which was cooked to my liking. Baked potato was tasty. Table shared desserts - ice cream and bread pudding. Will definitely return and recommend.

   This was our second time at Hook and Cleaver. First time was very good. This time not so much. We felt ignored and forgotten. Food was fine, but under support staffed. It took way too long to clear our entrees and then to finally get the dessert. If the dessert wasn't included as part of the Valentine's special, we would have left before getting it.
