Unfortunately service was not good and although we had a reservation, we were seated in the very back corner of the restaurant behind a pillar. We felt ostracized for the most of the meal when we clearly saw other tables being helped with efficiency. The pillar we were behind obstructed the view of the servers and resulted in us having to flag people down multiple times just to get their attention for service. We had to ask for rice twice, it didn’t arrive until we had already finished half of the meal. We also thought it was odd when a large group of service staff sat down in the tables next to us (again we were seated in the back of the restaurant) and started eating their employee break meals casually and quite loudly. It felt like we were thrown into the back break room with the staff. I’m 100% supportive for employees enjoying their meals, they deserve it! But it took away from the actual experience as a paying customer whose goal was to have a nice meal out on a Friday night at a nice restaurant. The soup dumplings were also dry and shriveled, not fresh and no soup inside. That was disappointing. The spicy chicken and Mongolian beef were better. Loved the crispy shrimp balls. Portions were ok, I just wish the service and quality was better.

We came here for our family Christmas Dinner - it was packed with families doing the same thing! Many were Chinese families, which always is a good sign in a Chinese restaurant. Clearly the restaurant was ready for the crowd becaue they had a good number of wait staff on hand. The food was wonderful! Several of us are vegetarian, and we have 9 year old who is just beginnin to willing to venture beyond his kid-favorite foods. We were easily able to select options for everyone, and we were pleased with all of our choices! We will be back!

We were delighted to grab a rez for December 25 for 3 people for 5:15. It opens at 5 pm for dinner, we got there early and were seated with the 5 o'clock crowd. Nice! Service is a team effort so sometimes communicating one's wishes is tricky. All the food was excellent! Fresh. For us, not too spicy. Especially we were glad that things were not overly salted, so we could season to taste.

The restaurant was overly full and way understaffed. I had a reservation but it took 20-30 minutes to seat us. They were out of a lot of food and the waiter came back to us 3 times to change our dim sum order. Somebody would bring out the food then it would sit at the serving station until 5-10 minutes later for the waiter to deliver to our table. I asked for a drinks menu but the waiter never asked if I wanted a drink. Too many people, not enough serving staff.

A cool location/view, solid food (and interesting menu) and ok value. It’s very bright/super/overly lit inside, resulting in an almost cafeteria-like space… despite nice table clothes etc. It’s loud and missing any kind of warm or intimate space. Bring a group, not a spouse/date.

Our reservation was made by Open Table for 2:15 p.m... When we arrived, we were told we needed to order immediately, as the kitchen closed at 2:30. It was not fun feeling rushed to be served and to eat, as most people eating at that time were the employees.

Waiter didn’t speak much English. Didn’t offer to take order for drinks. Didn’t provide condiments. Missed one entree that was ordered. He may have been shy because of limited English, but wouldn’t return unless could be sure that we had an English speaking waiter or a friend who spoke Chinese.
