For the first time (I visit here occasionally) the food was cold, not tasty, burned, and totally unacceptable. I go to enjoy myself and don't want to be negative with the server, but I finally asked for new potatoes which were provided with a bowl being slapped on the table. The sausage was burned and the grits tasted like they just left the refrigerator. The server may have just been having a bad day, but she was unfriendly and sullen. As I said this was unusual, but very unpleasant. My friend had the same experience with the food being cold, but she didn't have anything burned.

Food is excellent. We received a sample of some corn bread they were trying that was outstanding. Service is always good.

We had a great experience at Honeywood. The food was amazing and the service was great. The hot corn bread in a small iron skillet was worth the trip. The desert selection is great and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

Appetizers (crab deviled eggs) were pretty fishy tasting. Meals came pretty quick but weren’t super great. Service was somewhat slow and not super friendly. For the money probably would give it another shot but not terribly impressed.

There for a business lunch. Food was excellent as always. Staff was attentive without being intrusive and recognized that business discussions were taking place. Didn’t rush us which was very much appreciated.

One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had - and that’s saying a lot! It was cooked perfectly - came to the table hot, full of flavor, and the French Fries were equally delicious and served hot. Definitely going back!
