Lovely warm atmosphere and our waitress Ellie was just lovely. Really friendly and attentive. The food was great - really hot, and such a great choice of many different options as well as the classics. Just loved my birthday treat.

There was a great atmosphere. The food was amazing and service was excellent. We had a lovely waitress called Issy who looked after us perfectly. Fantastic night. Thanks.

If you're looking for good-value food and drink this will do fine. We were a group of 4 meeting for lunch, drinks and a chat and HF suited us perfectly. Some cheerful and efficient waiting staff made it a bit special too. The food was well presented and nice and hot, the drinks options were good too so nothing to complain about at all. If you are after fine-dining (with the prices that go with that) you will most likely be looking elsewhere.

Three hours for lunch was longer than expected. Very very very slow service. I think they forgot us. Got main course wrong for one of party, replacement came and chicken on bone came as strips of chicken, apologies were made and taken off the bill. Service was sufficiently poor that it is unlikely for us to return.

Exceptional starters and Sunday Roast. Very tasty and plentiful. Attentive and friendly staff Having been to in excess of 20 different restaurants this year, this is up there as one of the very best. Highly recommended. Will be back.
