Located in the historic Franklin Building, High Street is a modern American eatery and bar that celebrates the essence of local grains.     Join us and fellow pizza enthusiasts as we take a deep dive into the process of making dough, shaping pies, and baking pizzas. Budding pizzaiolos will have the opportunity to create their own pizzas as well as learn first-hand from our expert instructors. Each class includes an assortment of welcome bites, hand-on demonstration in our bakery, and a communal pizza party in the dining room featuring your freshly baked pies and other High Street favorites. Each participant will also have the opportunity to put their knowledge to use at home with a take-home pizza kit! Wine, beer and other beverages will be available throughout the experience for an additional charge.

    While the menu isn’t long there were so many things we could have chosen to eat which would definitely precipitate another visit soon. The pea custard and frothy beans appetizers were standout delicious. I loved my skate wing, and friends enjoyed their pasta (the newest addition to the menu) and pork chops. The dessert was to die for. The mix of tastes and textures at every course made one’s taste buds bubble with excitement. As a bonus, owner Ellen Yin was in the house and stopped by to talk to us. She complemented us on our choice of wine - from Maryland. As she said, tariff free and ahead of the curve😂

    We have been dining out a lot in the last few weeks. High Street is the top of the list of all the places we have been. Excellent food and service and we could actually hear each other talk! I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Really enjoyed our meal there. The restaurant is put together extremely well—the wines by the glass were great. The food was great (especially the cauliflower custard). The service was great. Can’t wait to go back.

    Food is very good. Original combinations of flavors. My pasta dish was small. The fish my husband had was delicious. The flatbreads are good. Our group was seven people and our bill was almost $500 with tin which felt high.
