The food was ok. They was short staffed so the service was bad. But the place was beautiful and the band was great!

I would not recommend this to nobody. Communication was very bad. It was empty and I understand it was a beautiful scene, but unfortunately we couldn’t get what we need. Had plenty of people want to spend money.

Made reservations for 2 and upon arrival everything went as it should. Seated immediately, server took drink orders and appetizers. Cocktails were good, but the food quality was not. The fried alligator was fried hard, the steak (8oz center cut filet mignon) was overcooked and had some odd taste to it . The collard greens were good and the macaroni and cheese was average. Not at all what I was expecting at this price point. Nearly $200 spent for dinner and we didn’t even eat the steak. Our server did a good job so the review is in no way a reflection of her performance. However in a restaurant that is offering luxury at a high price point I would expect more attention to the fact that the guests were not satisfied with the food. The manager had come by and we explained that the food was not good and we sent it back. We got a 15% discount on the meal, which I guess would be considered a solution but not one that would encourage me to return or recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great experience! From the ambiance of the dining room, to the lounge, to the patio, perfect for cigar lovers. We will definitely be back!

We dined here and were the only ones in the restaurant on a Wednesday night the entire dinner. The servers were inexperienced, and I had to flag one down for our check as he was FaceTiming at the bar. The NY Strip steak was chewy and watery, served with nothing but a tomato slice, while the seabass was decent. The biggest disappointment was the outrageous prices—comparable to Bob’s Steakhouse or Pappas Bros, but with subpar food and amateur service. Not worth it.

Not sure if it was because of it being early in the week or the staff was new, but was not the overall experience I expected for the price. Staff was nice, but obviously very new. Selections of food and wine were out of stock. Only two other parties were there while we dined.

We had a reservation for 7:30 and was not seated until 8:45. We were told several times that they were preparing a table for us. The food was bland. I ordered the lamb chops and they had no seasoning and were dry. I was celebrating my 50th and needless to say I was very disappointed.

Went to Hearsay to celebrate my husband’s birthday and unfortunately, we left disappointed . Pros 1. The live music 2. The warm bread 3. The greens were seasoned well Cons 1. Had to give the hostess my name 3 times before she found my reservation . 2. We waited a long time (35-40 min) for our main entree and once received, my husband’s grits were solid. He could lift them with a knife. My fried okra was extra well done and the mashed sweet potatoes lacked flavor. 3. Maybe the waitress had too many tables, because she wasn’t very attentive and didn’t provide status updates for our order. Needless to say, we will have to do a re-do for my husband’s birthday.
