    I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the waiter at the bar. We arrived early for our 6:30 pm dinner reservation and decided to grab a drink at the bar beforehand. However, when we asked to open a tab, the waiter flatly refused, even after we explained that we had a reservation to dine in the restaurant. This lack of flexibility and unnecessary rigidity left a sour taste before we even sat down to eat. We expected better customer service, especially from a place that seemed to value its reputation. It's disappointing that such a simple courtesy wasn’t extended to us. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because of this incident. Restaurants thrive on creating positive experiences, and this wasn’t one. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen to others.

    Great food! A bit too loud but it’s the holiday season so accepted. Took really long for our appetizers to come but exceptional food!

    We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Hazev Restaurant in Canary Wharf! The ambiance was warm and inviting.     I love Hazev. Great menu with lots of choice. Food is very high quality. Service is fantastic. Beautiful decor in the restaurant. Good choices for vegetarians.

    Amazing food, lovely staff comfortable atmosphere. Booked for a birthday and got a complimentary piece of cake and happy birthday played for my wife (did not request this but much appreciated 😊) highly recommended restaurant.
