HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Muy bonito lugar, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura de la situación y las expectativas. Fuimos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo de 5 años. Se demoró tanto la comida que los niños se quedaron dormidos. Unas simples onion rings tardaron 1 hora en llegar. Nos explicaron varias veces el error en el pedido pero la comida seguía sin llegar. Nos llamó la atención la demora debido a que el restaurante en ese momento estaba al 50% de su capacidad. Luego, la hambuergusa del niño llegó cuando ya se había dormido y debimos pagar por ella.

Went for dinner for my boyfriend’s bday. We love coming here and brought our whole family. I got 6pm filet, which was amazing. My boyfriend got the 10oz, was a little over cooked. My sister got the ribs, which were disappointingly dry, other sister got meatloaf which was good too, her bf got a the chicken fried steak he rated a 8/10. Tbh I love this place, I recommend it to everyone, but tonight, we were pretty dissatisfied. My express martini was overly sweet and watery.. we were hardly checked in on.. Which is unfortunate because we went for my boyfriend’s bday.

Full experience was great. Beautiful restaurant. Food is supposed to be made scratch, per the waitress. However, it didn’t really taste like it is. However, won’t stop us from going again. Loved the vibe. Makes me want to try brunch.

Staff was good, food was great. I asked for a tent in my reservations under request and the host told me I couldn’t request that, only on their website. That is wrong!! And the host need to be retrained! My reservations was a reserved an over a week and in the special request I asked for a tent.

The tents are booked through our website as there are three uniquely different ones and limited times to book. There are a few other stipulations that are spelled out and that is why it best to book them through the website. Often that side of the rooftop will have a special event and the tents may not be available. There are just some special circumstances and why we keep them separate than normal reservations.
