From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. Muy bonito lugar, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura de la situación y las expectativas. Fuimos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo de 5 años. Se demoró tanto la comida que los niños se quedaron dormidos. Unas simples onion rings tardaron 1 hora en llegar. Nos explicaron varias veces el error en el pedido pero la comida seguía sin llegar. Nos llamó la atención la demora debido a que el restaurante en ese momento estaba al 50% de su capacidad. Luego, la hambuergusa del niño llegó cuando ya se había dormido y debimos pagar por ella.

When we get the place the lady told us the table was not ready and made us wait for a reservation even tho we get there on time. And the food took forever to come and most of the people in the table ordered burgers and salad

We arrived at 11:30 for lunch and it was fairly quiet. Our server greeted us and brought water while we waited on another guest. It began getting busy and loud, and when we were ready to order our server was nowhere. Then I spotted them chatting over at the bar with another employee. I finally got their attention to come over and our order was taken. Someone else delivered the food-our server was not seen again until the credit card was lying on the table to bring the check. Not the typical service we’re accustomed to at Haywire and were frequent guests there. May have just been the server.

Had a business dinner here and had a reservation for 6:15. We didn’t get seated until close to 7:00. Drinks and Appetizers took a long time to come out then meal came fast. Server filled water up in one of the attendees whisky glass and also spilled wine on floor before filled glass. Overall disappointed.

This place is amazing! We had blueberry biscuits and kolaches & queso to start. Both were fantastic! For entrees, we split the wagyu pastrami hash and the vanilla French toast (which was basically dessert), and they were melt-in-your mouth good. The portions are large so take that into account for your order. Will definitely be back!
