Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys. Haywire delivers a true Texas experience through an innovative farm-to-fork menu complete with vendor partners representing every corner of the state. First and foremost I want to acknowledge my server Carl, he made me and my wife’s first time experience amazing. Checked on us in a timely manor, our cups were never half full and we even were able to express some humor while dining lol always like a good laugh. He was great! Now for the food, Amazing! Every single bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef. Onion rings Low and slow chicken Chicken fried chicken Broccolini Corn bread Sides 10/10 everything! Thank you haywire!

Great looking place, excellent service, delicious high-quality food. Loved the elk tacos and the fried green tomatoes. We will definitely be back.

Drinks took a while to get and ordering bottle of wine upstairs and server having to run downstairs was not efficient

The food and the service were both great. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, but not too loud. The menu has a great variety of food types. Everything on the menu looked great-I had a hard time picking out what i wanted to order. We will definitely be back to try something new next time.

Beautiful restaurant, sophisticated western decor. The guests at our table ordered Fried Green Tomatoes, Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad, Ribs, Filet, Prime Rib, and Redfish. All were prepared perfectly. The server was attentive and friendly. The Chipotle Chocolate cake was delicious, and there were two of us who don't really prefer chocolate. They said they would order it on their next visit. Haywire is just a fun place to eat, with really great food.
