   Excellent food. Lovely waitress but quite a long wait between first and second course. Quite noisy. Our birthday guest enjoyed a complementary dessert treat. Very much appreciated.

   Our 2nd time at the Hawksmoor. This visit was just as good as our 1st. Great food, servers very attentive and a lovely place to eat.

   Food was great. Service really lack lustre. Not much in terms of interactions when stepped in. Just hello. Name. Follow me to your table. Waitress within 2 minutes of being sat down hounding to take an order. Food though brilliant. Never an issue in that regards here.

   We had a brilliant lunch today. A very warm welcome from Fran, great hospitality from Sylvester and delicious food! Sylvester was highly attentive and made sure we were looked after, with a keen eye for the finer details—generally a nice chap to chat to, as well. The food was delicious, we hadn’t tried the butternut squash starter before but it’s now a new favourite! Bone marrow and onions were on point, and the roast was polished off with delight. We love coming to Hawksmoor and will be back soon. Thank you!

   Food was outstanding. Bone marrow with onions- amazing. Service was also very attentive. Highly recommend the experience of the Sunday Roast.

   The Hawksmoor Borough exceeded my expectations! I knew we were in for a treat when I looked at the menu but the whole experience and eating the food was superb! The hosts were friendly and professional, we arrived very early for our reservation and this was not a problem. Our waitress Millie however was something else! SO attentive, friendly, funny, kind…she never hovered but was there when we needed something. She was especially attentive to my children, one of whom is a fussy eater and she went out of her way to accommodate him when she didn’t need to. She made several trips back to the kitchen to check stuff and was really knowledgeable about the gluten-free options for my husband. She made great recommendations when I wasn’t sure about options and every recommendation was spot on. It was my husband’s birthday and she noticed what he likes and the non-alcoholic free drink she brought him was spot on! Then the food…my goodness! Every mouthful was sensational! The best scallops I’ve ever eaten in my life, buttery vegetables, the beef dripping fries, the steak, the monkfish…everything was cooked to perfection, portion sizes were generous and it was so worth the price we paid. The desserts were equally amazing! That tiramisu alone is worth another visit! We had a great evening! Such great service, incredible food…we will definitely come back! THANK YOU!

   Steak was excellent - tasty and tender. Prices were high for the wine and it was very, very loud. Lots of tables that are close together meaning that you can't hear yourself for the nearby people, and there's very little privacy. I probably would go to another steakhouse nearby in the future.

    Went for the 2/3 course meal quick menu. We had to ask for the menu specifically but other than that the service was incredible, cooked steaks perfectly. Had a great time.
