The festive season at Hawksmoor is all about going big. Sharing steaks. Magnums. All the sides. We know some of you like to make a little space for healthier choices in the new year. So, we’re easing you into 2025 with a lunch option that’s good for the body, mind, and bank balance. For January only, enjoy a lean Rump steak and a virtuous side – English lettuce salad, Spinach, Sweet potatoes or (no judgement) indulge with our Beef dripping chips or Caesar salad – for £19.50.

Initially we were a bit disappointed when we wanted the surf’n’turf but they were out of lobster. However we had steaks and the triple cooked chips in beef dripping were the best we ever tasted in the whole world. The bone marrow was also something out of this world. The service was extra attentive, we enjoyed the interaction and responsiveness. When we said the chips were the best we ever tasted, and we asked for the recipe, the lovely waitress gave us a Hawksmoor at home cookbook! What a lovely memory to cherish to end a fun day in London. It was a well worth experience

Made reservations here to introduce my overseas visitors to Sunday roast. We were all very pleased and loved the atmosphere, service and food.

Enjoyable Xmas Steak Nite with 8 others. Food was good considering it was busy and leading up to Xmas, service a bit slow at times but restaurant was very busy. Appreciate it makes it easier to have pre-ordered set meals but some flex would be nice.

I wouldnt return. We've been to all the other Hawksmoor restuarants but this one was disappointing. Bar was very small, two out of the three steaks were very tough and chewy. Incredibly noisy aswell. I genuinely feel that the prices have increased a lot and the quality has definitely decreased.

Service generally was not with a smile - waiting staff seemed not to be enjoying their work. This included an exasperated look when we asked for a little more time to decide on our order. There was a mistake with our dessert which was quickly rectified. A positive view of the service would be impersonal but quite efficient. Steaks were great, but some of the other dishes were so-so. Macaroni cheese was overcooked and greens were tough.
