Welcome to Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, where celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey and his brother James bring a slice of their Central Oregon ranching heritage to Bend. Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.

Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Texas Toast Smash Burger, Whole Snapper and Beef Tongue Tostadas, all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge also serves as a dynamic venue for private events, from intimate dinners to grand celebrations. Join us for a dining experience that celebrates the culinary heritage of Central Oregon.

Been here multiple times and is always a pleasure. I love to try different foods and flavors and this place is spot on. Food is cooked to perfection and their steak is amazing -never had something I didn’t like! Exceptional service that always comes with a smile. Plus it has such a vibe, it’s exciting without being overly loud. You won’t leave disappointed. It is my favorite place!!

The salads have WAY TOO MUCH dressing. It was like a soup. Price-wise, the food and drinks are overpriced for Bend.

My oysters were different! Not as big & mostly breading but my guests steak was absolutely perfect. I'll have that next

Absolutely a fabulous evening! Every staff member had a smile and a very helpful demeanor. The food was delicious with all the tastes to impress any foody. Thanks again for the incredible dining experience!

Had a great time celebrating a Birthday. Drinks a fabulous and food is great. Only one item I would not order again. I’ve had it twice. The mushrooms and burrata…the ratio of mushrooms to burrata is not good. Good concept, just needs more burrata. Won’t stop me from coming back. Bbq pork pizza…Amazing!!

It was a wonderful time, we had an office Christmas Party in one of the tents, only issue was wish we could have stayed longer.

Our food was tasty not overpriced for the size and the drinks were delicious. The waiter kept track of where we were at in our meal. It was very busy with lots of holiday gatherings. I’d say the downfall to the restaurant is it can be loud but then that’s a successful business
