I don’t know what it is but drinks just always need something and the food is kinda alright… but the place is awesome just menu and drinks need something… but I highly recommend great experience

We loved the decor and design of the restaurant. It was entertaining to look around and see so many relics of the past. We were seated right away near the back of the dining room. Which was perfect, as the night we were there they had live music. Just a single gentleman with guitar who was very good.... BUT way to loud. Even in the back of the dining room, it was difficult to hear the conversation at our table. Luckily the food, service and atmosphere were great. We tried the lamb & bison meatballs and the carpaccio for starters. Meatballs were good. The carpaccio was excellent. I had the Cranberry Smash cocktail and it was yummy. We shared the elk, bison and duck dishes. All were very good and i would definitely have them again. For dessert, we shared the doughnut holes, sweet potato cheesecake and pear tart. All were very good, but the doughnut holes and cheesecake were the winners among us. We will be back to try other dishes on the menu....just not on a night with live music.

Best food I've ever had in San Diego County. Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. Fantastic combination of all three.

We ordered a bit of everything including salad & dessert & cocktails and were so happy with each and every offering. The unexpected standout items were the wagyu beef sliders & autumn salad. Really though, it was all quite delicious & refreshingly different. Our server was so genuinely nice & helpful. Next trip we will try the Bison. Thank you for a great night out!

The booth in the back in the corner in the dark! Great table for a couples dinner. The music was perfect for the night. If you’re a carnivore, this is the place to be. There are items on the menu. You can’t get in most restaurants. I would’ve preferred another fish choice on the menu. Ordered the shank and it was cooked to perfection! The Apple bread pudding was amazing also. Successful birthday celebration.

I love Harlow’s for the amazing cocktails and atmosphere. The scallops are a must try if you like seafood but unfortunately they don’t offer any menu items for my vegan friends.

What an amazing experience! We recommend making time to have cocktails in the lounge before dining. Come to dine! Exceptional food selections. Harlows is the place to dress for dining. We often break our our 1920s or 30s themed clothes to make it more fun .

Harlow's has a great aesthetic centered around a timeless era in history. The staff always friendly and warm. The menu is always superb. The chef provides an extraordinary experience for your taste palette. Any of the selections I have had with friends have always been absolutely delicious. The drinks as well are finely made and delightfully poured. A hidden local gem. I think if you've read up to the point it is absolutely your turn to go.
