Ever since our great Aunt Bebe starting selling hamburgers and beer on her back porch during Prohibition, Hackney's has been making people happy!

Today we're famous for our big juicy Hackneyburgers on Hackney's Dark Rye® and our one-of-a-kind Hackney';s Original French Fried Onions®. Prohibition may be over, but our beer selling days are not. Hackney's has an ever-changing list of tap beers along with a full-service bar that can whip up any cocktail you can think of.

We’re serving up a delicious Brunch Buffet with all your favorite seasonal dishes, and to make it even better, there’ll be a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar so you can mix up your perfect drink. We have always enjoyed Hackney’s and come back often. Our group of four was sat right away. Though it took half an hour before we were able to nicely flag down a waitress. She offered to take our drink order and to send our waitress over. The same waitress brought our drinks back and we told her we had not had a visit from our actual server yet! It was 45 minutes before our waitress appeared. Never an apology or explanation as to why she had not acknowledged us. We placed our order and food came out quickly. It was delicious as always. Though our waitress never came back to ask us how everything was or if we would like to have another drink. When we were ready to leave, we had to ask for our check. This was the worst service we have received in the last year at a restaurant. There was nobody at the front hostess desk to mention this to when we left. The food was very good, but the service from our actual server was not what we expect from Hackney’s. Our server never introduced herself to us though her name started with “L” and she had black curly hair and glasses.

We found the food, particularly all appetizers and French fries not to be seasoned and lacking flavor.

The food and people are always very good. The new huts are really cool but could use a few clear windows to see out of.

The service was very friendly, we wanted some time to talk before ordering food. She got and brought our drink order and checked in periodically until we were ready to order. She continued to check if we needed anything until we were finished. The burgers and grilled cheese were excellent.

Been coming here for 50+ years. Still a good burger. Onion rings still phenomenal after all these years. Great service and a nostalgic Ireland pub atmosphere. The consistency of the food has been an issue for the last several years. Some days it’s fantastic - hot, fresh, crispy and tasty - but other days it’s cold, soggy and bland. Get back the consistency and you’ll be 5 stars again for sure.

After checking in at the host stand, and asking to be seated in the bar area, we had to find a server, then someone got us drinks, but we had to get out own menus. Then a different server took our oder. Both were very friendly. The classic Hackneyburger did not disappoint but the cheese was not even melted...the French Dip was really small...not even a normal size piece of bread. Fries and onion loaf were perfect!

First off was very bummed they changed the menu and two of our favorite burgers are no longer on the menu Inside out burger and Bison burger It shows them on the menu online and that is what we drove there for. The menu was a lot smaller. Told they want to have one menu for both locations. Bad mistake The burgers were suppose to be medium rare and the cam out well and non juicy. One member ask for fries well cooked but all the fries for all four of us came on one plate. And she never got her fries. The fries were not hot either Overall the service was fair and the food was underwhelming. Shocked because last month it was great.
