   We dined here to celebrate my husband and I’s elopement that happened earlier that day. A few extra family members joined, and our reservation needed more seating and the staff was able to accommodate. My family was very thankful that even though we couldn’t all sit together we didn’t have to choose a different venue so last minute. Thanks H&W.

   I had a disappointing experience at H&W Steakhouse that could have put my health at risk. I dined in and had my steak packed to go, but when I got home and opened the bag, I found fish instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I’m allergic to seafood. A high-end steakhouse should pay attention to details, especially when handling food orders. This kind of mistake isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. If I hadn’t checked my meal before eating, it could have led to a serious allergic reaction. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant, there was no real urgency or effort to fix their mistake. This level of carelessness and lack of concern for customer safety is disappointing. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, be extra cautious here.

   For a first customer the service was great. Make a reservation and you won’t wait to be seated. The service was on point, food was great! We order the 1 pound lobster tail, Maryland crab cakes , big eye tuna, lamb chops. The food was cooked to perfection. It was our anniversary and we experienced a real treat. thanks to Richard, Tayler and staff

   H & W Steakhouse was fabulous! From the complimentary valet to the service, the ambiance , the musician, and most importantly the food👌🏽(Top Tier)I loved everything about this experience! I will definitely be back!!

    We had a reservation for 4 people at 7:30. Place was PACKED (good for you) with 20 people standing in the lobby when we arrived and checked in at 7:15 and went to the bar. While at the bar we had to get bumped every 2 minutes with staff going by to service the tables too close to the bar. I went to the front desk at 7:40, 7:50 and 8:05 to see what was going on and each time the lady was polite but told us another 10 minutes each time. Finally got seated at 8:15 for our 7:30 rez. Once seated the staff was amazing, food spectacular and had a wonderful dinner, a couple bottles of wine and desert. There must have been 150 people working their butts off which really was amazing. Problem was we felt like H&W were more concerned with packing the place in with whoever they could, but the overall experience was that for the $1,000 we spent it wasn't worth the price. Go to Hals, Little Alley, Arnettes and make a rez and see if you wait till 8:15 to be seated.
