Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

    La comida estaba deliciosa pero el personal que nos atendió fue muy poco amable, nos tiraban todo en la mesa que lastima el mal servicio por qué tienen muy buena comida

    Our server Katie was great! Very attentive. The margaritas and queso dip were so yummy. Our food was Heller as well.

    Had reservations. Had to wait to be seated. Seated at a very small table in a very busy area. Once seated I found the table to be filthy. Was like it had not been wiped down. Spices and sauce really bad around where the condiments were kept. Got a bad attitude from the server cause I asked her to clean the table. Acted like I should not have a problem with a dirty table. During our stay I noticed a manager cleaning tables. Well sort of. She did not clean any areas that she had to move items to clean underneath. Food was worse than most Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. Guys burgers on the cruise ships are great but not this place. Someone should tell him. Never again for me.

    Food was amazing, over priced for what it was, service was the worse I have ever had!!! Sat for almost and hour before our appetizer came out, then food right after.

    Our arrival time was off. I believe this is because of my phone switching between time zones even though I made the reservation in Nevada. Just something to be aware of

    I was impressed with the 3 wait staff that helped me choose items from the menu. It’s a fun atmosphere and they were reasonably busy but a reservation was not necessary on this evening. My wife likes to watch Guy Fieri’s various cooking shows and I’ve seen a few. The food is usually mouth watering. I ordered the tacos with rice and beans. None of it was remarkable. It was the same old stuff you get everywhere else they serve this platter. Is there nothing that can be done to these to make them taste better. It was just “blah”. And it is not inexpensive. I didn’t expect a bargain but I thought the prices were a bit high. We tried this restaurant when it first opened years ago and were unimpressed. Read a lot of good reviews recently on the next door app so thought we would try them again. Why is it so difficult to make good Mexican food? As you nigh have guessed, we don’t plan to return.
