    I was expecting a lot more, maybe. Our server could not give us the time of day. My husband decided he wanted a beer to go with his wings . the server said what he wanted from the menu, they did not have. Gave him her cheat sheet to look over and left without going over the beers or letting him order. Came back 10-12 minutes later, when he was almost completed with the wings. Our food order did not come out correctly. I had to ask for a refill on tea. Overall, will not try again. When I spend, close to, 150.00 for dinner, I would like to have good service and be treated as a valued customer.

    My first time at a Guy Fieri’s restaurant. It was fantastic. The entire experience. Will definitely visit again.

    The service was really good. Food was mediocre. For the price, I would eat somewhere else while visiting Harras.

    The Cobb salad was excellent. The fried chicken was terrific they will serve it without the gravy just trying to make it a little more healthy.

    The selection of food was good. The staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed the award winning hamburger/ Mac n cheese. Opted for the chef soup of the day, cream of mushroom and it was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and will return to sample other dishes.

    For the price of the food specially the seafood were high, but that would’ve been OK if it taste good the lobster mac & cheese I don’t know what that was, but it didn’t taste like cheese. The cheese sauce on the french fries was gritty. The dough on the lobster pops was not cooked all the way the only good thing that we had was the chili and the burger. All the seafood items were nothing to write home about. I would’ve had a better experience at red lobster and it would’ve been cheaper and then on top of that it was my birthday. I told him it was my birthday in the reservation. I want to sit at a table. They told us know that due to being shorthanded we couldn’t sit there but then 10 minutes later, they sat a nice white party there and all the Black people were off to the side in one section I felt like I was being segregated in this day and age I went to that restaurant because I love Guy fieri !! but I had a terrible experience and I will not recommend it to anybody that I know that goes to Cherokee on a regular basis and I will never go back there and I need to teach the hostesses some manners very rude short little woman with brown hair work on Sunday afternoon, she should be fired. That’s all I can say she should be fired, but I serve her save the experience. She was very nice and very, very polite.

    Left 5 stars yesterday cause it was amazing yesterday. Left 2 stars this time cause it was crap today. Came back day later because the food was so good the day before, bring my friends to show them how good it it and it was terrible. Out of most selections, the steaks had ZERO seasoning, everything was bland. Ridiculous and embarrassing for you and for me for recommending it.

    Not happy very bad nachos and hamburger tasted like the burger in the carnival cruise the guy burger shop. Overall very disappointing. Paid a lot. Guy will be disappointed I'd he new.😭😭😭😭😱😱😱😱😱😱

    We always look forward to a meal at Guys when we’re in town, until Friday evening when we learned the pork chops were removed from the menu. That is the one meal we specifically drive 4 hours for, and the ONLY reason my review is less than 5 stars…I normally give them ten! The hostess wasn’t exceptionally friendly, but our server was the absolute sweetest! We will keep an eye on the menu and will be back if the pork chops make a return
